The AeroPress, the brainchild of Alan Adler, makes the perfect travel companion. I remember my first encounter with an AeroPress a few years ago at the New York Coffee Festival.

In 2008 Rwanda changed its entire education system from French to English. The challenge was to give schools and students the necessary supported to fully grasp the English language. “Smiles” is our project that aims to teach English to the young underprivileged children in the coffee farming communities of Rwanda.

Picking season has officially begun here in Rwanda and the coffee farmers expect it to be a fruitful one. Other than the fact that all farmers have been asked to adhere to social distancing due to the Covid-19 pandemic, everything else is much the same.
