We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

You will be charged when we ship your order. We will update you with a shipping confirmation email. A pre-authorization is placed on your credit card when you submit your order. Payments are processed when the order has been shipped.

Some orders are sent in multiple shipments. When this happens, you may see more than one pre-authorization on your credit card. We only process the payment once the order has shipped.

Orders & Shipping

Once your order has been placed, an order confirmation email is sent.
To ensure that this goes into your inbox. Please add orders@3africansisters.com to your contacts, otherwise, our email could end up in your Junk Folder.

An email will be sent confirming your order has been shipped with tracking information.

An order form is included in every parcel sent from our distribution center. Please check the order form to ensure no items are missing from the list.
If an item you have ordered is missing from the packing list, this will likely have been removed due out of stocks. You will be notified by email should an item you've purchased is out of stock. If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

All missing item claims must be made within 48 hours of the delivery

Once the tracking email has been sent, your package has left our facilities.Standard delivery on average is 5-7 business days.Please note tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.

- If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to orders@3africansisters.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
- However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be canceled.
- Our support team will notify you if the cancelation was successful. If the item was shipped to the wrong address, we will need to wait until the package is returned to the sender before issuing a full refund or replacement item.
- Please add specific shipping details, such as apartment or suite number, etc.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with every 3AS purchase! However, we understand that not everything you order always works out.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it. This includes unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Be sure to include packing return packing slip provided.
All items marked "FINAL SALE" are not returnable or exchangeable.
• You have 15 days from your order date to request a return.
• Once you have requested a return, you have 5 days to ship your items.
• If you do not ship your return within 5 days from the return request date, your order may be eligible for store credit only.

• All items are returnable, except for items marked "FINAL SALE"
• No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. A return authorization is created when your return request is approved.
• All items must be unused, unworn and unopened with the original tags attached.
• We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy. To return your order please email to: orders@3africansisters.com

You have two convenient ways to make returns! You can return in-person at our store, or mail in your return via courier.

Regardless of which method you decide to use, you can start your return here by entering your order number and your address code. (Order number can be found in the order confirmation email we sent you). Then, follow the instructions below:
1. Select the items) * you wish to return *Note: If an item is "FINAL SALE" or non-returnable - no option to return will be provided.
2. Select the payment method for your refund. (Store Credit/Refund)
3. Select the reason for the return (too large, too small, etc.) 4. Once you are done adding items, click "Continue"
5. Choose how you want to return your items):

Return via mail

1. Start your return or exchange online to receive a mailing label to box and ship your items.

2. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.

There is a R150 fee deducted from your refund for all items returned via mail.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed, plus 3-5 additional business days to see the refund reflected on your billing statement.

Exchanges will be sent within 2-3 business days. Please note that exchanges cannot be sent with expedited shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation email once the return or exchange has been processed. You have 45 days to request a return authorization number We cannot accept returns after 15 days from the date that the authorization number is issued
