3African Sisters offers a variety of shipping methods and returns on all orders.
Choose a shipping method at checkout for your products(s). Your total shipping charge will automatically compute prior to completion of your order
Yes, you can place an order through the 3AfricanSisters website, but we cannot offer refunds ol exchanges for any international order at this stage.
Most items will be delivered via The Courier Guy and can take anywhere from 2-4 Business Days, unless expedited or overnight shipping is chosen at checkout.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to orders@3africansisters.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be canceled. Our support team will notify you if the cancelation was successful.
An estimated delivery date comes in a shipping confirmation email after your order is placed.
These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments, you will receive a packing slip and email notification for each order.
We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you select next day shipping and submit the order after 12pm, Monday - Friday, it won't be processed until the next business day.
If you want to expedite your shipping method, simply select the Expedited shipping method in Checkout. Please note that no adjustments to the selected shipping method can be made once an order is placed.
