Single Origin - Rwanda Coffee

3 African Sisters Rwanda certified organic, ethically sourced, medium roast beans are grown in the highest parts of the Gakenke District, 2000 meters above sea level.  This organic coffee has been allowed to ripen slowly on the coffee trees, giving the coffee a rich fruity aroma, lively acidity and sweet notes of milk chocolate, vanilla and tropical fruit. 

Rwanda, known as the 'Land of a Thousand Hills', is made up of a patchwork or rolling hills and mountains that stretch as far as the eye can see. Its rich, fertile volcanic soil, temperate climate with plenty of sunshine and equatorial mist, makes it the perfect place to grow high-quality Bourbon coffee. Coffee in Rwanda has helped create jobs, develop skills and rebuild communities.
