    1. Boil water, about twice the amount needed for your coffee.
    2. Fold a paper filter along the seam and place it in the dripper.
    3. Rinse the filter with hot water to remove any paper taste.
    4. Let the hot water warm up your brewing equipment.
    5. Grind your 3 African Sisters coffee to a medium-coarse setting. About 70g per litre (~9g per 125ml cup).
    6. Discard the rinse water and add the coffee grounds to the dripper.
    7. Tap the dripper gently to level the coffee bed.
    8. Pour a small amount of water to wet the grounds.
    9. After 30 seconds, slowly pour the rest of the water in a spiral motion.
    10. Maintain a consistent pouring speed, aiming for the center of the grounds.
    11. Pause pouring if the dripper fills up too quickly.
    12. Allow the water to drain completely through the dripper.
    13. Remove the filter and grounds, then rinse the dripper.
